Christina Doughty

Hey, my name is Christina and I am a mum of 2, living in Riverhead. We have had a bit of a tumultuous breastfeeding journey but I am so pleased we were able to get through with local support. Both children have had tongue ties and we have dealt with delays in milk coming in, significant weight loss/poor gain, nipple pain and damage, breast aversions and a very wakeful baby/toddler. I also have interests in responsive parenting, co-sleeping, baby wearing and cloth nappies. I am passionate about breastfeeding and supporting parents in what can feel like a very isolating time, and am happy to even just offer reassurance over a cuppa.
