Shariza

Kia Ora I am Shariza, a Registered Midwife practising since 2012. I became a midwife because I am passionate about the miracles of childbirth. I believe in providing holistic care where I am able to connect well with you and your whanau physically, mentally, spiritually and culturally. I am a good listener and strongly believe in involving you and your whanau to work together in partnership and partake in decision making while ensuring your confidentiality and safety is maintained. With years of practice under my belt and having worked overseas, at Northshore and Waitākere Hospital, I bring a lot of experience with me. I am multi-lingual and with the ability to speak a few languages I can bring a sense of comfort and inclusiveness to those who may find communication a bit difficult. I cannot wait to welcome you to our Centre. Ngā Mihi.
